In
the end of the lesson of this course, SSI 3013 we had learn so much about ICT
application in teaching and learning process. All the assignment given is not
only to full fill the course coursework but also introduce us about ICT world
in education system. We had learned about smart school in Malaysia that closely
related to the ICT application in their management and also in the teaching and
learning process. We also learn on how
to use the Paint Software to edit picture. Here we had so much fun because we
can edit the picture according to our own style and taste. Other than that, we
also are being introduced to many types of teaching and learning technique that
use an ICT application like Smart Board, Stella and Data Logging. Stella
software is very new to us. We learn on how to construct and handle virtual
model of the experiment. Data logging is the application on how we collect data
through sensor, analyze the data and save and output the result of the
collection and analysis by using computer. we also learned on how to make our
own video by using Windows Movie Maker Software. The most exciting part of this
course is the production of our own blog. It is a bit difficult for a beginner
like myself but through the semester, my friends help me a lot. From zero
knowledge about blog, now I can confidently used blog. We also share all of our
assignment in the blog. It is excited to see other people blog and we try to
copy their style but in the end, we go to our own style. Managing a blog is not
difficult but it is a bit challenging for beginner and need a lot of interest
and hard work. After we get familiar with the blog, we become more excited to
design our blog. I honestly learn a lot from this course. I am not really a
person who has interest in ICT world but, over a time I found myself now a bit
addicted to download many applications from the internet that can be used
during my teaching in the class. Thank you so much to our lecturer, Mr Azmi bin
Ibrahim because he help us so much. I am much admired his passion to teach us
despite stay far from Tanjung Malim and also continuously support us and guide
us. I also want to thanks my fellow friends who help me a lot to complete each
task and assignment especially to my group mates. I hope that I can use and
apply all of the knowledge that I get from this class during my career as
teacher in the future.
